How to type your list

By table: a line like Table 1 (or Head Table, Table Paris, Kids table:), then one name per line.
Name and table on one line: Anna Carter, 4 · Anna Carter - Table 4 · Anna Carter (4)
Several names at once: Table 3: Ann Lee, Bo Chen, Jo Park
A note for place cards (meal, kids' menu): Ben Carter | Vegetarian
Not seated yet: put names under No table yet:. They stay in your list but are left off the chart.
From a spreadsheet: copy the Name and Table columns (with their headers) and paste here, or use Import with a .csv or .xlsx file. Our Wedding Planner Spreadsheet's Guest List tab imports directly.

Seats per table Warns you if a table is over.

Printing tips

Poster: upload the PDF to any print shop (Staples, FedEx Office, Vistaprint, a local printer) and choose the same size. Mount on foam board for an easel.
Photo printers that only take JPG (Walgreens, CVS): use “JPG for photo printers”.
Cards at home: print at 100% / Actual size (not “Fit to page”) on card stock, then cut on the grey marks.
Print one test sheet on plain paper first and check the names.
